We actively encourage members of the public to fundraise on our behalf. All funds raised go directly to the Anne Sullivan Foundation for the Deafblind where they are used to help us to deliver on our mission. In 2010, the Anne Sullivan Centre established an Outreach service to provide support to people who are Deafblind in their schools, homes and community.

The DeafBlind program has provided employment, services and support to DeafBlind individuals for the past 30 years. Services are delivered in a manner that is respectful of the unique linguistic, cultural needs and preferences of DeafBlind people. I was on a working call this morning with Tracy Luiselli from the New England Deaf-Blind Center and of course we discussed the recent tragedy in Boston. Thankfully, Tracy and her family are safe. Sadly, there are those who perished in the bombing and those who were severely injured.
